SHoP is the sole owner of the information collected through the service. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

California Privacy Rights

At this time, SHoP is not a “business” subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. SHoP does not disclose “customer” “personal information” to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes as defined in California’s “Shine the Light” law either. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
